Steps
- Name the method you just used in one plain sentence.
- Ask what that method was loosening: ownership of experience, the sense of being the one who sees, the urge to name, effort itself, or something else.
- Describe what the quiet was like in ordinary words, without spiritual labels.
- Ask whether you are about to grade this quiet against a different tradition's endpoint. If so, set that endpoint aside for now.
- Return to one ordinary act of care before deciding what the state means.

- Mode: Critique. The active frontier on where freed attention rests is saturated; recent records keep renaming one untested question. This run attacks the shared explanandum rather than adding another custody value.
- Primary-text comparison: Udana 1.10 (Bahiya) removes any place where a 'you' can stand in the seen, heard, sensed, cognized; Brihadaranyaka Upanishad 3.7.23 preserves an unseen seer as the condition of seeing; Pseudo-Dionysius, Mystical Theology, refuses both affirmation and negation of the divine Cause; Tilopa's Ganges Mahamudra says mind has no supporting ground and sees itself.
