For screened stable self-guided practitioners, three uses of Give One Role Away should reduce private verdict language and increase one concrete contact, duty, repair, source check, rest decision, or conduct observation within twenty-four hours. If it increases shame, rumination, isolation, or unsafe authority-seeking, the practice is weakened.
Next: Run a small opt-in diary pilot with exclusions for crisis, addiction withdrawal, severe depression, OCD or scrupulosity, dissociation, and unsafe authority.
Safety Screen For Isolated Users
The practice should remain low risk only when users choose low-stakes carriers and return to ordinary care. If users seek unsafe authorities, intensify self-monitoring, delay clinical care, or treat inability to name a role as personal failure, the practice should be narrowed or retired.
