When a teaching removes your private project, do not remove your supports.
A practice that denies self-ownership must still name how correction, continuity, and care are held. Otherwise no-distance can become private certainty, passive drift, or another performance of being beyond performance.
The Teaching
Some teachings free you from turning practice into achievement. That freedom can be misread. It does not mean you need no one, no schedule, no correction, and no duty.
If help comes, do not turn it into a badge. If relief comes, do not turn it into proof. Keep the ordinary supports that can still interrupt you: a person, a promise, a text, a group, a task, a therapist, a teacher, or a day you return to.
A path that takes the self out of the center should make you easier to reach, not harder to correct.

For over-managing but stable practitioners, the Support Check should reduce private auditing and increase concrete connection without increasing burden. If it produces more self-monitoring, dependence, avoidance, or isolation, the practice and teaching both weaken.
Next: Collect short before-after reports from volunteers using three attempts across two weeks, tracking burden, reachability, completed duties, and urge to perform insight.
