The Teaching
A practice can help you see what you could not see alone. But the practice is not the whole life that follows. After it helps, ask what can still correct you if you turn the insight into pride, fear, avoidance, or a verdict on your worth. Keep the source, person, duty, rule, or repair that makes the next act more truthful. Let go of what only feeds self-measurement.
