A practice is incomplete if its ending leaves the practitioner answerable only to private certainty.
The Teaching
Use the practice while it helps. When it changes you, do not make the change your private proof. Name what can still correct you: a trusted person, a teacher, a source, a duty, a repair you owe, a body signal, or time. If nothing can answer back, the method has not become freedom; it has become solitude with better language.

Correction Contact Diary
Stable practitioners using The Correction Check should report less method-as-verdict language, at least one concrete correction contact or conduct action, and no increase in loneliness or rumination after four attempts. If rumination rises or contact falls, the practice weakens.
Next: Run a small opt-in diary study with safety exclusions for acute distress, addiction withdrawal, severe depression, dissociation, and compulsive checking.
