Before you keep or drop a practice, name what it changed.
A practice's ending should be judged payload by payload. A person should not assume that releasing a method releases every duty, or that trusting an insight means trusting every conclusion drawn from it.
The Teaching
After a strong practice, do not rush to keep everything or throw everything away. Ask what actually changed: your claim, your habit, your duty, your relationship, your conduct, or only your mood. A conclusion may need testing. A form may need continuing. A silence may need no inspection at all. A distress signal may need a person, not a theory.

Carrying Sort Pilot
For stable solo practitioners, the Carrying Sort will reduce premature conclusions and unnecessary self-checking compared with a generic reflection prompt. If it increases rumination, shame, or isolation, the practice should be retired or restricted.
Next: Run a two-week low-risk report study with exclusions for crisis, withdrawal, active abuse, severe distress, and compulsive checking. Track clarity, conduct change, contact, rumination, shame, and whether the person acted on an untested conclusion.
