The Teaching
A strong practice can leave you with a clean, private verdict and no one to test it. The usual worry then is which kind of corrector you need: the right teacher, the right text, the right authority. That search can become one more thing you do alone in your head. Bring the verdict to one safe person who can hear it honestly. The point is not their credentials. The point is that you are no longer the only one who knows. If choosing the perfect corrector becomes another reason to delay contact, you have turned the cure back into the wound.
