A spiritual or contemplative shift becomes usable only when its interpretation can be received by ordinary care, safe correction, and non-coercive relationship, not by naming authority alone.
The Teaching
A name can steady a person, but it can also trap a person. After a strong practice, do not rush to decide what it proves about you.
Ask where the next act can go. Can this change help you keep a promise, repair harm, rest, eat, ask for help, or return to work without turning the experience into rank or shame?
A good witness does not need to own your change. A good witness helps the change meet life without making you smaller, grander, or more alone.
