Not for acute crisis, suicidal thoughts, psychosis, mania, severe depression, dissociation, addiction withdrawal, fresh grief, OCD or scrupulosity loops, unsafe authority settings, coercive groups, or people who need sustained study, teacher guidance, clinical care, legal help, moral repair, or accountability.
Steps
- Write the question in one plain sentence.
- Write what the question has already asked you to do or test, if anything.
- Choose one small next act within 24 hours: test a claim, contact support, complete a duty, repair harm, rest, or set the question aside for one day.
- If no safe next act or test appears, do not force one. Do one ordinary care action instead, such as eating, sleeping, walking, cleaning, or messaging a trustworthy person.
- After 24 hours, note whether the question led to more care, truth, steadiness, and contact, or to more checking, delay, shame, and isolation.

- Whether the body softens after choosing the next act, or tightens because the act is being avoided.
- Whether ordinary care, truth-telling, and contact become easier within 24 hours.
