The Teaching

Some questions open a person. Some keep a person circling the same room. When a question has already shown what it asks of you, do that thing before asking it again.

If the next honest step is to test a claim, test it. If it is to apologize, apologize. If it is to rest, rest. If it is to ask a teacher, clinician, or trusted person, ask. More analysis is not faithfulness when the work has already named the next act.

This is not a rule against study. It is a rule against hiding inside study after the next step is clear.
