Not a substitute for therapy, grief support, teacher guidance, or rest.
Steps
- Write the distinction or question you are turning over, in one plain sentence.
- In a second column, write one concrete act, warning, or repair it changes in the next 24 hours.
- If you can name a real act, do that act and stop the inquiry for today.
- If the second column is empty, write nothing more about the question and choose one ordinary act instead: rest, eat, message someone, finish a small duty, or step outside.
- If the second column is empty twice in a row on the same question, treat the question as finished for now, not as unanswered.
