When quiet comes after practice, do not rush to name what remains. First notice what helped you return: the body breathing, the chair, a teacher's sentence, a schedule, a friend's patience, a task waiting nearby.

These supports are not failures of insight. They are how a person stays reachable. If you call every support a hidden self, you may cut away the care that would correct you.

Keep the question modest. What am I trying to own? What can correct me? What simply helps me continue? The answer changes what you should do next.
