Three-Part Return Pilot
Stable users with achievement-contingent self-worth or digital comparison pressure will report less self-verdict, less urge to post or claim progress, and more ordinary contact after three uses than after rest-only, journaling-only, or immediate interpretation. If rumination, shame, floating, or avoidance rises, the practice weakens.
Next: Run a small screened diary pilot with explicit clinical exclusions and compare against ordinary rest, grounding, one trusted conversation, and simple integration journaling.
Safety Exclusion Review
The Three-Part Return remains low risk only for stable users after mild or moderate quiet states. If dissociation-prone, depersonalization-prone, crisis, or trauma-activated users worsen, the practice must hard-route to grounding and human care and avoid non-abiding language.
