A practice should be judged by the question it actually trains, not by every private question fear or ambition brings afterward.
The Teaching
Some practices ask you to look closely. Some ask you to stop hunting. Some ask you to trust a support you did not make. Do not judge them by the same private audit. When a session ends, ask whether your next question belongs to the practice, to a teacher or community, to ordinary responsibility, or to anxiety. A question can guide you, but it can also keep you proving that you have changed. The sign is ordinary: does the question return you to care, repair, and clear action, or does it make you smaller and more watchful?

Two-Week Over-Auditor Pilot
For the named cohort, the Question Fit Check should reduce post-practice self-grading and increase one concrete return action. If checking, shame, or avoidance rises, the practice is weakened.

Safety Boundary Review
The practice should be low risk only for screened stable over-auditors. If it attracts crisis cases, OCD or scrupulosity, dissociation, or unsafe authority pressure, it should be revised or retired.
